Evidence-Based Therapy With Purpose
Busy Bee Therapy provides structured, evidence-based mental health treatment for adults, adolescents, children, and families. We specialize in trauma and PTSD, emotion dysregulation, suicidality, anxiety and OCD, and complex behavioral and relational concerns.
Our approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in treatments supported by research. Therapy is designed to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, develop practical skills, and make meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
