🎉 DBT Skills Groups Are Back at Busy Bee Therapy! 🐝
We’re excited to welcome new participants into our DBT Skills Groups! These weekly groups are all about building real, effective tools to manage emotions, handle stress, and improve communication in everyday life. Whether you’re a teen, adult, or caregiver, we’ve got a spot for you.

Group Options:

Adult Virtual Group (Telehealth): Mondays at 6 PM MST / 8 PM EST
Available in ID, UT, CO, MI, and FL -
Adult In-Person Group (Boise): Tuesdays at 5:45 PM

Adolescent In-Person Group (Boise): Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
Caregiver attends too—this is a team effort!

The Adolescent Group also includes Walking the Middle Path—a special module that helps teens and caregivers:

Strengthen family connection and communication
