๐ซ Cancellations & No-Show Fees
To maintain availability for active treatment cases:
-
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hoursโ notice are billed at $100.
-
No-shows are billed at the full $195 private-pay rate, regardless of insurance status.
This policy supports treatment accountability and protects reserved time.
๐ฅ DBT Skills Group โ Attendance & Financial Expectations
DBT operates on a commitment-based model. Groups are semi-closed and require attendance for a full module:
-
Adult DBT: 4 modules per full round
-
Adolescent DBT: 5 modules per full round with caregiver involvement
Because participation and accountability are core treatment elements:
Any missed DBT skills group session โ for any reason, regardless of notice โ is charged a $50 fee.
This fee reinforces commitment, reduces treatment-interfering behavior, and maintains group cohesion. All expectations are reviewed during DBT Group Orientation prior to enrollment.
๐ DBT Phone Coaching
Phone coaching is a clinical component of DBT designed for brief skills support, not therapy.
-
Calls are expected to last 5โ15 minutes.
-
Calls exceeding 15 minutes may be charged a psychotherapy session rate based on CPT coding.
Phone coaching is used to reinforce skills, reduce escalation, and maintain progress between sessions.
โ๏ธ Court-Related Policies & Legal Involvement
