Multi-Family Skills Group

Does your child have trouble with their temper, staying calm, or having difficulties in relationships? What about worrying, getting frustrated easily or having low self-esteem? This group derives skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that have been specially adapted for children ages 10 to 12 years old. In this 16 week group, both parent and child learn effective skills to address difficulties in various areas of emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and social skills.
